When I first met the author of The Rapid Fire Fat Loss Plan For Women, I immediately noticed three things:

Number one: He's not a woman. (Considering the book title, I was expecting a woman.)

Number two: He's not only lean...but downright ripped. (8% bodyfat and six-pack abs.)

He goes on like this for at least 10 minutes. He talks about his advanced rotation eating plan... which skyrockets fat burning by reducing carbohydrate intake and then raising them back up again.
